House No.1 can accommodate up to 60 guests and 150 parking spots. Both floors have big ballrooms for large function in the middle, with smaller chambers flanking in the left and right. The back of the house has ample space to accommodate up to 300 guests and the garden, divided in three zones, can entertain up to 500 guests. The warehouse, which is adjacent to the fence on the right, is transformed into a 675-square-meter kitchen that blends in with the classic aesthetic. The warehouse has a significant part in Thai history; the past tenants of the warehouse include Mr. Louis T Leonowens, son of the famous Anna Leonowens.
